Toscana loaf was inspired by a dream I had about making a sourdough loaf that tasted like a pizza. This is loaf starts with organic white bread flour and has inclusions of sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and prosciutto. This is the one you want with a pasta dinner and glass of Chianti.
